Full policy
You agree that you will not:
- In group messages, directing or attracting other students to a website or different chat groups (telegram, etc.) or to an external site (in case of violation of this rule, administrative and legal sanctions are imposed by the administration.)
- To disturb the instructors, students, and staff of the institution, to force them to reply, to have an aggressive attitude in live lessons, chats, forums, and other communication areas,
- Violating the Institute's intellectual property or other rights, copying or distributing educational videos or other materials, copying or distributing our technology; The use of the word IIENSTITU or its logos in any institution name, e-mail or URL,
- Creating a false identity at the Institute, misrepresenting yourself, creating a member profile on behalf of anyone other than yourself (a real person), or using or attempting to use someone else's account
- Develop, support, or use software, devices, commands, robots, or other tools or processes (navigator, browser plug-in and plug-in or any other technology) to obtain the Services or copy profiles and other data from the Services;
- Override any security features or circumvent or disable access control or Service usage limits;
- Copy, use, disclose or distribute information obtained from the Services, directly or through third parties, without the consent of the Institute;
- Disclosure of information that you do not have the right to disclose (for example, confidential information of others (including your employer));
- Violation of intellectual property rights of other students or instructors, such as copyright, blog post, forum post, assignment, question created, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute other users' posts or other content without their permission (where they may allow posting under a Creative Commons license);
- Posting anything that contains software viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code for the Services or related technology that is not open-source;
- Implying or stating that you are affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute unless expressly permitted (e.g., introducing yourself as an Institute educator without authorization);
- Using bots or other automated methods to add, send messages, or redirect contacts;
- Monitoring the availability, performance, or functionality of the Services for competitive purposes;
- "frame," "mirror," or otherwise mimic the appearance or function of the Services;
- Disruption of the Services or applying an unreasonable load on the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, virus, game algorithms)
